As a Diversity, Inclusion + Belonging Consultant, my main goal will be to create a safe space for you and your team. Hence, everyone feels included in the conversation and understand why & how you can all actively become a diversity enthusiast and advocate.

Together, we will review where you are now, and I will facilitate great conversations between different members of your team so we can define where you need to be next, and also how to get there.

I will focus on providing an external perspective to you and your team.
