I love coaching because I have seen the benefits of it on so many lives. I have always loved ambitious people, those who are not fearful of putting themselves first! Few years ago, I realised that many of us want to be the best version of ourselves to achieve more with as little stress as possible, and build new possibilities for ourselves + our families.

'The reason I wanted coaching was to build my confidence after two job knock-backs; but also upon reflection it was because I couldn’t understand how to sell myself without being an entirely different version of myself – I needed that balance to be about to pitch myself but in a manner that was like my character. I also needed someone who knew nothing about me to be truthful but also connect with me so they could empathise and be honest with what I specifically need to do. My goal was to be able to get into a higher management position.
